lou han guo (I have no idea what this one is)

The next one is
Sugar Plum Spice

chamomile flowers
natural plum and cinnamon flavors
with other natural flavors
ginger root

cardamom

lou han guo is a fruit. It is used in traditional Chinese medicine. It's great for upper respiratory probs...

Hi - to get over an attack, stick to plain, very strong, hot peppermint, fennel, chamomile, ginger, or anise. These will have the most helpful effects on your GI tract. Once you're stable, then you can switch back to the herbal varieties (which certainly won't hurt - they're just not as actively helpful as the peppermint or fennel).
