I have graham crackers per serving is 120cal, 3.3grams of fat, 25% calories from fat, is it safe to have? I'm knew to this whole percentage thing. Do you have to have no more than 25% calories from fat per food or no more than 25% calories from fat per day?

Heather has indicated that graham crackers are safe for IBS involved people. There are low-fat graham crackers if you are concerned about the fat content. For weight-conscious dieters, total-percentage-per-day fat intake is a focus. For people with IBS, you need to be concerned about the fat content per food or atleast per meal because of how it will affect your digestion. Its alot to think about at first but you get used to knowing what you can and can't eat. In my case, sometimes I can cheat a bit with certain things (never dairy, high fat, or caffeine!) and be okay - other times I think I'm being very careful and I still have trouble. I think others experience this as well. As for graham crackers, you should be okay as long as you tolerate wheat flour and sugar. Sadly, I don't.

Thanks. Sorry you can't tolerate sugar and wheat. I can fortunately.
