I finally made Heather's Brown Sugar Banana Bread, and I adore it! I've been experimenting with banana breads over the past year, and have tried several. This is my favorite by far! It's so flavorful, and it's great to know that it's totally safe. I'm on cloud nine now.

Hi Kree,
the zucchini and Pumpkin bread are great too, my family love them so much, Heathers recipes are the only ones they ask for. Isn't it fun to be cooking safe and fun foods. I love cooking again.

I'll have to try the zucchini and pumpkin breads, too... as well as many of the other great recipes in the cookbook! I agree, it does make cooking more fun when you know it's not only something that you're going to enjoy, it's something that won't make you miserable! I actually didn't get into cooking until I started having problems with IBS, but what started out of necessity grew into my favorite hobby!
