Hi Heather it is me again Neta.I,m not much on plain rice,is it ok to use Low fat chicken broth to give it some
flavor?an since it is turning cool can I eat Campbell,s Chicken Noodle or any kind of Campbell soup.as long as there is no milk to be added.an since I have been in so much pain my darling of 52 years does most of my suppers.he is new at cooking fish.any help he can get is helpful.he is so good to me. Neta 1934.

Hi - as long as the chicken broths or soups are low fat they should be fine. Do choose one with noodles or rice for a good soluble fiber base.

Also read the label, I've found a lot of soups are made with egg noodle.
