I love to make the cheesecake from the recipe guide, but I don't do well with graham crackers any alternatives for the crust?

Hi - you can use any dry, low fat or fat free cracker that's got a taste you'd like in the crust. Something like arrowroot crackers would work. You can also make the cheesecake without crust at all.
