I'm really "into" making all new dishes using WW recipes (and I got a MILLION of 'em!), which -- so far -- have been IBS-friendly and IBS-safe. I'm substituting soy products for the dairy and going online to get the points value from the WW website (which I have paid for). I would like to share these recipes here, but I don't want to get us into trouble. Can I do this legally? The recipes have a copyright.

Please let me know before I post any more.

Thanks!

Bev

I know I'm not Kree or Heather, but I would think that so long as you are crediting WW (which you are) it should be okay.

It's a good idea to say your source. If I remember right, I think it's OK to quote recipes - just not the whole book. Something about the book being copywrited but not the individual recipes. Best to credit WW just to be on the safe side. I've posted recipes here from other cookbooks - I just made sure I gave credit.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

I guess it's just the fact that Bev is posting actual scanned images that had me unsure. But you girls are probably right, as long as she gives credit where credit is due it should be fine.
