Greetings everyone,

Would like to know if there is a good substitute for canned Cream of Chicken and/or Cream of Mushroom soups? For use in casseroles, etc.

Hi - do a search for this, as recipes and suggestions have been posted. Also, for the cream of mushroom try the recipe substitutions used in the Tuna Casserole Recipe here web page Works great!
