I hope this is not a duplicate thread; I did do a search first. I've seen lots of posts about chips & snacks but have not really seen any "crackers" listed. Could everyone just list your favorite IBS safe crackers that you enjoy? I'm thinking of ones to use with hummus or other homemade dips and spreads. It will be nice to see what others use, and maybe this will not only help me, but others for holiday Hors d'Oeuvres ideas.

I eat the fat-free saltine crackers. They're especially perfect for when my tummy is feeling a little sick from being empty and I need to put something in my tummy before eating my meal.

Trader Joe's has a great chip/cracker called Pita Chips. They are baked pita bread and are wonderful for dips, salsas, guacamole. I would describe them as being between a cracker and a chip.

Melba toast, rye krisps, fat free saltines. Especially melba toast - I love the garlic flavor.

Low fat Wheat Thins are one of my favorites! I also eat saltines and low fat Ritz. If I have safe food in my stomach I can tolerate Triscuits.

I love Rite Light Rounds from Barbara's Bakery. They taste just like Ritz crakers.

Hi, I'm new to the boards and just wanted to contribute a few things. Health Valley makes great low-fat crackers in a variety of awesome flavors like bruchetta vegetable, garden herb, etc. The best thing about these crackers is they dont taste like cardboard!! I buy them at Whole Foods or Wild Oats but I'm sure any health food store carries them.
