I got my Electric Bread-second edition 1997 cookbook.... I'll make something out of it the next week.

Mags: do you use the powdered milk? I tried to find powdered soy at Safeway and the PCC Health food market and did not see anything. But I'll keep looking for something like that.....

I found powdered soy at Safeway.... BUT I did not buy it only because I did not know for sure it if was the right thing. It was called "Better Than Milk" and it was $11.99... does that sound about right? Here is a link to what I saw. I was not able to find a direct website with info on it. http://www.outletnutrition.com/better-than-milk.html

Heather: Do they sell this in bulk at any of the Seattle health food stores that you know of?

I have the Better Than Milk, but definitely buy it at the Whole Foods like Heather suggested. The Better Than Milk was all my Whole Foods out here in NJ had.

Anyway, I'm so happy you got your book. You'll have to let me know your first recipe you try and how it comes out.
