I made Heather's guac. for a football party last night. It was sooooo good! Everyone loved it! If you haven't made it, I highly suggest it. Thanks Heather for another yummy dish! leah p.s. I served it with baked Tostitos.

I love it too. I think it is the perfect replacement to sour cream on tacos and fajtas. I have two avacados waiting to ripen so I can make some more. What makes me even happier is the girls don't like it so more for me.

I love this stuff too! I had it for the first time in June, and then I became addicted. I was making it every week, sometimes 2x a week there for awhile.

Lately I've just been mashing the avocados with green Tabasco sauce (I'm totally addicted to the stuff). I add a squirt of lime if I'm really feeling ambitious, but that's it. It's a shortcut version that I've completely fallen in love with. When I'm really lazy, I just cut the avocado in half, take out the pit, use a fork to mash the filling right in the shell, and mix in the green Tabasco as I'm doing it. Then I just eat it right out of the shells with baked Tostitos. My secret joy is not having a bowl to wash at the end of it.

I am going to have to give it a whirl! I just made some fajitas and put your guacamole on them. They were sooo yummy! I even threw in some Mexican rice which is so easy. You use instant white rice and include a Knorr chicken and tomato bullion cube in the water. (I don't think I spelled bullion right!) Anyway, it was yummy and I am totally addicted to the guac! I will try the fast version asap. Thanks again Heather! Leah
