Hi all, I've never been much of a cook, altho I love to bake. So, all the non-baking recipes seem quite intimidating and time consuming to me. However, I'm already feeling much better on H's bland diet, so I'm ready to rev up the burners and oven! Which recipes are the easiest and most time efficient to prepare, esp. among the main courses, soups/sandwiches and salads/sides?
Also, any general time-saving techniques and suggestions would be welcomed.

Hi - I'm actually really interested to see what everyone else has to say here, so I'll know what to recommend as fast and easy to other folks in the future.
But I can tell you that all of the recipes from Heather Cooks are very fast and easy - I had to be able to make them in 20 minutes flat while talking my way through them on camera. This means they're about 10 minutes of work real time. They're all posted here web page
