do I use the 1/4 cup with 1 T apple vinegar? can I use 1/4 cup canola oil instead of butter.

I don't even know what recipe you are talking about. Weren't there a whole bunch of them on the original post?

The recipe for Orange Banana Nut Bread that Little Minni posted was by far the best banana bread I've ever made (or eaten!) The only change I made was to use 4 ripe bananas instead of 3 and I used finely chopped pecans instead of walnuts. It is so moist and gets better each day. Thanks!
