Parts of my shell (the corners mainly) were hard and chewy, to the point where it hurt my tooth to bite a piece off. Did I overcook or undercook? I went about 14 mins. I wonder if I didn't have enough spray on those parts?

I think I cooked ours around 12 min. My oven can sometimes run a little hot. Mine really didn't get chewy, the tortilla was crunchy, almost flakey. I used the spinach tortillas, not sure if that was a factor. I did give them a decent spray with Pam.

I just made this (it was delicious btw!) and I used regular pam spray. Worked out fine for me. I will definately have this again however I am thinking of adding a layer of pureed black beans, or something along those lines, to the next one.

any fillings as long as they are not too runny (like salsa liquid) they turn out just fine.... otherwise they get soggy... I love the crispy outsides... yes, be sure to spray the ends too....

I made these a couple of nights ago. I used cooked chicken, rice, Pace mild salsa, and a lot of shakes of Spice Hunter Fajita Seasoning. I also added some black beans out of the can. I don't have a microwave so I heated the chicken mixture on top of the stove and heated the tortillas in the oven.

I served them with store-bought guacamole, a little soy sour cream, and more salsa. I liked the filling but didn't like the baked tortilla. So for lunch we re-heated the left-over filling on top of the stove and used it in some heated soft flour tortillas. Yum!

Next time I'll skip the chicken - with the beans you don't really need it or taste it. And I'd like to just put some avocado slices in them instead of using guacamole but I've had trouble finding good avocados lately. (I guess they're all in the store-bought guacamole.)
