Heather,
Can the Lemon-Glazed Sticky Bread be made with regular milk? Some of my friends, who don't have IBS, want to make it and they don't particularly want to buy soy or rice milk. Would it turn out the same with regular milk?

Hi - Yeah, it can be. I'm not sure which type of dairy milk would work best - probably not skim, but not whole either. And I'm not 100% sure the results would be identical, but they'd probably be close. They'll have to bake it and see (I haven't baked with dairy for so many years, I can't predict the differences here). They might just want to buy a single box of soy milk (regular grocery stores have it) and use it for the baking.
