Awhile back someone was inquiring about a substitute for whipping cream because to add soy milk to dream whip
only makes it runny.

Well - this weekend I learnt the secret.

I used to drink Silk Soy Milk and that would make it runny, but I just switched to So Nice Soy Milk and the Dream
Whip set up perfectly normal.

I know that maybe some of the ingredients from the Dream Whip package may still bother some people, but I
was lucky enough to eat it!!

If you are able to eat Dream Whip - this works like , well Like a Dream LOL

Hi - there's something in Silk soy milk that keeps a lot of things from setting up, including custards and puddings. I don't know why this is but I've had people write me about it. I don't usually buy that brand (though I like the taste), and I've never had a problem with any other brand not setting up in recipes.
