Suggestion for appetizer?

My husband and I have been invited to a neighbor's house tomorrow night for drinks and appetizers. Yikes, I'm sure this means lots of wine and beer and rich, fattening finger foods. Can you suggest something I could bring that would be IBS safe? In my before IBS days, I would probably have brought some type of appetizer with cheese, mayo, or sour cream or a raw vegetable tray and dip. Now what do I bring?

Baked corn chips and/or baked potato chips and/or french or sourdough bread for the dipping. Check here for some posted appetizer recipes web page and also do a search for dips.

Take some soluble fiber supplements right before you go! And have a good time!
