Just Diagnosed with IBS and I want a B-day cake, Help!

Help! I was diagnosed with IBS a couple days ago and my B-day is around the corner and I wanted a b-day cake. I know is sounds petty but that's the only thing that I loved about my b-day. Not the presents, but the sharing a cake with my family and close friends. Now I don't know what to do. If anyone has any suggestions please help!

I recommend Heather's Peppermint Fudge Cake - it's gorgeous and really moist. The recipe is on this site. I don't know how to do the link thing but someone else might. Or else you could just enter it into the search function and I'm sure it will come up as it has been asked for before.

The peppermint fudge cake is indeed a real nice birthday present! It's really delicious, have fun with baking and have a real great, happy, tastfull birthday!!
