Pages: 1 Butter Substitute       #139831 - 01/19/05 05:21 AM Edit Reply Quote NatHosp Reged: 11/04/03 Posts: 107 You guys probably already have tried this, but I find that if a recipe calls for a cup of butter, it works out just as good if you substitute that with 1/2 cup applesauce and 1/2 cup canola oil.
