HAs anyone calculted the fat grams in one pices of peppermint fudge cake?

If I did it right, I came up with 5 fat grams per piece but wanted to double check my work!

Yep... you did it right!! I came up with 60.50 grams for the whole cake, divided by 12 servings = 5.04 grams of fat per serving

I LOVE this one!! If you have not made it before... once it is cooled be sure to cover it with plastic wrap or get it into an airtight container... due to it being so low in fat they tend to dry out faster if exposed to the air too long.

I've made it once before. I think I will put it in a tupperware container and keep it in the fridge. I think I'll put a glaze on too.

I put the cake in a tupperware container and stuck it in the fridge. I had a piece with lunch and it was wonderful...cool and moist. I am not able to eat much right now as my stomach is cramping quite a bit but this cake works great for me right now...it keeps me from feeling too sorry for myself right now!
