I eat it sometimes, but I check the labels because certain flavors contain milk.

I eat the orginal flavor of Quaker Instant Oatmeal. I don't normally have any problems. I don't eat the flavored kind. I only like the plain jane kind.

suzy let me know how it goes. I was thinking oatmeal would probably be bad for me with the UC. IT would be great if I could add that. Maybe I should wait until this flareup is completely gone though???

It's ok if the artificial flavor agrees with you. I eat Quaker cinnamon spice, Safeway brand maple brown sugar. It's so good. It's so easy to make too.

That's great news as I love that stuff. I'm in Saskatchewan and it gets really cold here in the winter and there is no better way to warm up than a nice hot bowl of oatmeal. My favorite is the apple and cinnamon and the maple and brown sugar.

I was eating apple and cinnamon every morning... but I just tried raisin, date, & walnut ..all natural flavors....YUMMY I thought it might be too plain tasting but it was really good. The dates & walnuts are chopped real small. There is no dairy or artificial sweeteners.

I take the little envelopes in my suitcase, and make oatmeal first thing in the morning in my room with the coffee pot/tea kettle. Works great!

Yes, perfect for the desk drawer at work too... I have disposable little paper bowls & plastic spoon....I just microwave, eat and toss away.

This will be perfect as well for me to take on our trip to the Coast next weekend for our Anniversary just in case the hotels don't offer it.
