If I can't drink soy milk, does that mean I can't have soy products?

If it's the soy itself, then yes, you wouldn't be able to eat soy in any form.
Might try rice/oat/almond milk instead. There are also rice/almond cheese and ice creams.

Do not know what type of soy is in soy milk. But my newphew is allergic to soy protein - but can have all other types of soy.... Hope that helps. Anne

i hate the fake ice cream,i dont like the soy ice cream!blah!!i hate soy milk too!rice milk tastes relley good though its cold like real milk and ive adjusted to the taste very well.its not ok to have a little bit of diary every once in a while?

Have you tried tofutti cuties? They're soy ice cream bars. YUMMY! All the other soy ice creams I've tried i've hated as well, but not these.

I really like Soy Dream Mocha Fudge. But there are rice ice creams, too. If you search on the Diet board for "rice ice cream" (don't use the quotes, no time limit), you'll find some recommendations.

I second the Tuffutti Cuties-they are really yummy. Also, Soy Delicious Chocolate Velvet and Mocha Fudge are really yummy as well-stay away from the Vanilla...

I love every Soy Delicious ice cream flavor I've tried so far! The Mint Marble Fudge and Cookie Avalanche are perennial favorites, but I just tried the Raspberry ala Mode this past weekend and I think I'm in love!! It tastes so much like strawberry shortcake ice cream I used to love as a kid. To me I don't notice the difference between Soy Delicious and real ice cream... no kidding!

I second that! I'm eating cherry nirvana right now. My new favorite though is the mint chocolate cookie (that's not the exact name) flavor, but really, they're all good. The soy decadent ones are higher in fat, but they taste just like real ice cream to me.
