Ok I am going back on Heather's diet.

Now I have fibro too and blood sugra probs to cope with.

For rice cakes, I can't eat them plain...too much blood sugar probs. hat can I put on rice cakese other than peanut or nut butter or almons butter to take with me when I go out for a while?

Does nayone have alink for soup recipes WITHOUT flour in them? (No pottoes eggplant, or tomatoes, please).

I can't have cauliflower...brocc and carrots semm easiets on my tummy. What can I to liven hem up when I steam them? Can I/should I eat them raw?

How can I puree my food w/out a blender (is it possible?) If you recoomend a blender, which one do you recoomend?

Thanks everyone!

*hugs*

umm.. lets see.. I will find my soup recipes, can you have beans?? what about rice? do you use an SFS? I know sometimes I'll make a soup that doesn't have soluble fiber in it and then put my SFS in it... as long as its otherwise safe, should be ok... and most SFS' will dissolve in soup- benefiber and acacia both invisibly...

do you eat chicken? even if you don't- my favorite root vegetable stock would work, and actually I think all the vegetables in it except leeks are high in soluble fiber.. been debating trying a crock pot full myself.. and then pureeing the veggies once its cooked to thicken the broth and make sure I eat them all well cooked!
