Hey, I'm only the administrator, it's not like I'm supposed to understand the whole forum!
Anway, I'd been wondering about an option to "make a thread sticky" and I finally clicked on that today just for the heck of it. Turns out it will make that post stay at the top of the page even after new posts are made.
So, I used this feature to post a link to the Recipe Index at the top of the forum, as people are sometimes overlooking the link from the forum home page.
I love technology...when I actually manage to learn it!

That's neat!
I like how you put the links for The Eating for IBS Dietary Guidelines, The Irritable Bowel Syndrome Diet FAQ, Breaking the Cycle of IBS Attacks, All About Soluble Fiber Supplements under Eating for IBS Diet board. It really makes them stand out.

Thanks - I know newbies are still going to post the same questions over and over, but I'm trying to short-circuit that wherever possible.

I'm with Mags on that one. I meant to send you a "Thanks a lot" message. It feels like I'm forever referring to them.
