Veggie Pot Pie?

Has anyone on the boards eat Amy's Organic Products? They are found in the natural/gourmet food section of some supermarkets. Well, they make a great veggie pot pie, that I'm able to eat without having any discomfort.
My question is, does anyone have a safe veggie pot pie recipe? Amy's pot pies are wonderful, but I'd like to try a homemade version and see how they turn out. If anyone has tried any or if you come across a recipe, can you please post it? Thank you so much!

Chicken pot pie in upcoming newsletter new

Hi - I'm posting a recipe for chicken pot pie in the very next newsletter. That goes out next week - I just don't have it typed up yet. You could just eliminate the chicken (I usually do, actually - not a big chicken fan) and keep the veggies. I think it's even better that way.
