It says to serve it warm, but is it okay to serve cold? I'm making it for the party, but if it has to be served warm, then I'll switsh to a regular potatoe salad.

Hi - It's good either way. If you make it ahead of time, let it sit out before serving instead of serving straight from the fridge. It will stay fresh at room temperature for the duration of the party, and I think it's better warm or room temp than cold. But it is still good cold...

It was a hit at the party today. I did let it sit out after I made it and warmed a little before serving it. Everyone loved it!
