It is very nice, but a little too thick and flavorful to use with sushi. I like it in recipes though. The website on the bottle is here. Maybe they list stores that carry it on there. Any health food store should carry both. Look for where they keep the gravy mixes and cans of gravy... they'll have "browners" like Kitchen Bouquet and such... and that's where I've seen the Bragg's.
