Hello all,

Does anyone know how long you can keep recipes that are made with soy milk for. For example how long before one of Heather's Rice pudding recipes goes bad?
I know that Soy milk has a longer shelf life than say dairy milk but I don't know if this changes when it is cooked.
Thanks
Teresa

Hi Teresa - In general, for cooked recipes that use soy milk I'd just assume they'll stay fresh for as long as a dairy version. For puddings and custards, this is usually several days in the fridge. Rice pudding tends to stay fresh longer - I've had it keep for almost a week.

Best,
Heather
