Hi. I am very happy to say that I have had great results with your Tummy Fiber. I have to take an antibiotic for 10 days and I’m concerned about the side effect...may cause diarrhea. And we’re about to go on a week long vacation in Europe so added stress getting ready. Any suggestions/comments appreciated. Thanks. Linda

Hi Linda - yes, antibiotics are very likely to upset IBS. You can usually take them food, so make sure you do that. Keep up the tummy fiber and your soluble fiber foods, especially when traveling.
