I'm here, I'm here.... just crazy busy!! Being a homeowner (town house) is a big time eater!!
Did another 5K last weekend...wait or was that the weekend before... yes, before...went to the fair with my sister last! LOL Back to the gym FULL TIME again after knee problems.
I'm doing "Walk From Obesity" in honor of my father Sept 28th.
Our kitchen project (refacing, hardwoods, grantie counter, stainless appliances) starts on Oct 13th.... WWooohhooo
So once that is finally done we can have our housewarming/holiday party!!
Well, that's all for now..... I've got kickboxing class at 5:45pm!!

Oh man.....last night I got a wild hair and thought it would be smart to do a double header. I've not done one in months.....due to moving and then my stupid knee. But boy am I feeling it today!! LOL Burned over 1,100 calories in 2 hours!! WWoohhooo...
Got my butt kicked in kickboxing class and then kicked all over again in body sculpting (weights) class. It was a great feeling to DO IT again!!
I'm taking another kickboxing class tonight and Friday....Sat OFF and then Sunday is the Walk From Obesity.
