Hello Everyone,

I tend to make most of my posts on the IBS/Yoga Board but since I saw so much Yoga "talk" going on over here, I thought I would jump over and say Hello. Please feel free to ask me about any yoga questions you might have and I will do my best to answer them for you. No matter how you look at it, yoga is a wonderful way to help you control and deal with your IBS symptoms whether you have IBS D, IBS C, menstruation related flare ups, stress, depression, pretty much whatever life throws at you, yoga can be a great way to help you cope and manage.

Peace,

K

Hi,

I have severe constipation alternating with diarrhea. Can Yoga exercises really help with the C? If so, I'm willing to give it a try. I'm not much on exercise, very undisciplined, but at the moment, I will give anything my very best effort
I have dysautonomia too, so I have to be selective of what exercises I do. I would think that Yoga would be ok though. Anyway, I'm totally open for suggestions...

Thanks,
Meg
