q about peppermint caps

I just got my 2 bottles in the mail, when is the best time to take them? right before I eat? right after?

Hi,
Once again, the old worn out words, 'you'll just have to experiment' takes front seat.  So far I can only have one every other day or so, because I start burping them up. The directions say between meals, but the last couple of days I actually eat a saltine or two before taking one and it seems to help the burping up. I hope I can take more, because I think they do help. Good Luck

I think Heather suggests to take them just before eating. But I truely believe it depends on the individual. Try both and see what happens. Good luck.

right before a meal, and then on an empty stomach about 1 hour before a meal. People find different preferences, here. I wouldn't take one right after a meal - they're usually better either totally without food or right before food.
