What about low fat yogurt?

Love yogurt with a little oats,nuts, and honey ceral mixed in it, and sometimes a little fruit, but not latley, as I have been sick again for over a week, missed 4 1/2 days of work in 2 weeks!

I don't like yogurt, but I know I've seen soy yogurt in the store.

I'd use soy yogurt instead of dairy. And make sure you have a soluble fiber basis for this - the oats are helping, but there's not enough there. And nuts are high fat. Maybe have some oatmeal or cream of rice cereal, and then some of the yogurt with the nuts and honey mixed in.

THX for the advice, the whole IBS thing is not new to me, I was told I had colitits about 7 or 8, but it seems to spike really bad about every ten years or so, and this is the first time it has spiked bad since I moved out of my mom's 7 years ago, so this is really the first time I have dealt with it on my own! Any and all info is soaked up to it's fullest. Thanks again
