Hi Are we allowed to have croutons with our salad? I wasn't sure because I wasn't sure about the flavored ones like onion etc. Thanks! Hope everyone is feeling well!

You can make your own croutons, use either a crusty white bread or thick sliced bread. Cut up in cubes and saute in a non stick pan with a little olive oil until golden brown. Don't buy those horrible ones in the supermarket with all those chemicals and additives.

Hi - Danie's suggestion to make your own croutons is good. If you do buy them instead, just make sure that they're fat free. Most croutons are fried - also check ingredients for dairy and chemical additives.
