do soy products give you gas?

I hope this is not a silly question? I love the soy milk and soybeans and soy yogurt. Is it bad to eat too much in one day?

Hi,
I have not had any problem with soy. I love soy yogurt! Have you ever tried the brand name Soy Delicious ice cream? If you haven't I would highly recommend it! It is sooooo good! They have new flavors now but they are not sold in all food stores. I found it in Clemen's market. I would recommend the peanut butter zigzag or even the plain vanilla is good. They have like five grams of fiber in each serving! If you try it let me know what you think.

I do fine with small amounts - 1/2 cup of soy milk, 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup soy ice cream but have had problems if I have too much. I tried garden burgers and soy meatballs and really had problems.
