Hi to all,
Last week under the title of Equalactin I posted that I was having lab work done, blood, urine, and stool, to determine what just might be causing my problems.
There was some concern that the antibiotic and my new diet, following the IBS diet, had not taken care of a bacterial infection, commonly known as c-diff. I have the lab results...other than being low on potassium (I welcome suggestions on what to eat to boost that. I make Heather's recipe for smoothies every other day), I have a clean bill of health...NO C-DIFF.
I give a large amount of the credit to calming the colon to Heather's suggest IBS diet. I still needs lots more healing, but I am on my way!
Thanks for reading, folks, and best to you all.

Hey Sue, thats great! I am sure everyone has been really hopeing the best for you. Off hand, I'd say bananas are the first thing that come to mind for potassium and they would work great for Heather's smoothies.
