Non-dairy, of course? I like SoyDream Chocolate-Peanutbutter... or chocolate velvet. I haven't been able to find a suitable vanilla though. I would love to hear what "safe" icecreams ya'll recommend...

Anything by Soy Delicious. Its amazing! The peanut butter chocolate one is my fav, but I am trying to lose weight so I only treat myself every once in awhile.

But its great! The cookies and cream is good too!

I like 'So Good' so far they are the best that I have found. I've tried the Butterscotch swirl and that is vanilla with some butterscotch chunks and swirls.

I find the chocolate tastes like fudgesicles!!

They have other flavs but I haven't tried them yet.

Soy Delicious Mint Marble Fudge is my favorite flavor. I find I can tolerate 1/4 of a cup fine but much more than that and I don't feel so good.

I like the strawberry so Good as well (speaking of which I'm going to have some right now!) I haven't tried it, but have heard that the bosenberry swirl tastes like cheescake if you like that.

I was afraid to try those w/all the chocolate in them.Thought I'd be safe at first, just to see if they bothered me.I've had too many bouts lately of getting sick. After a month of feeling really well, that has been disappointing. Now I'm getting back to normal and behaving much better. It all happened after I returned from a long vacation.Coming home was nice but stressful and then I ate some not okay stuff.I just need to remember the importance of that stress factor and jet lag. Thanks so much for all the work you do for us.Knowing what to do and that things will get better has been so bery helpful and important! Suzy

I used to eat soy delicious until I found soy dream chocolate fudge brownie. I'm lactose intolerant so I've pretty much tried them all!

as some flavors (especially the really rich chocolate ones, or peanut butter) have too much fat. This varies by brand, so always check the label - some brands tend to be lower in fat than others. If the fat content is under 30% of the total calories you should be just fine.
