Hi,

I found this at a grocery store and thought it was pretty good! (Okay, I did put some Tabasco sauce on it for flavour but otherwise it was good!).

These are soup packets similar style to Top Ramen but I think they are SAFE! They are not deep fried and they do contain a small packet of oil along with the soup mix which you can choose to use or not to use. The one I had didn't have MSG in it but I imagine that the soup mix may not be great health wise...

Check out the site and see if you like it! Thai Kitchen Web Site

Happy Noodle Eatin'

I take the rice noodle bowls to work all the time for lunch, yummy! I use all the spice packet but not any of the oil packet and they turn out just fine!

Taking it one day at a time.....

Hi Smiley,
Have you tried any supplements that are mostly Calcium Polycarbophil? In Canada it's Prodiem Bulk Fiber Therapy, (link: http://www.prodiem.ca/) in the US Equalactin is one brand... If you buy Prodiem, make sure to read the ingredients- they make several different kinds, some with senna, which is bad for you. Also, I think citrucel makes a version called "Clear Mix", there doesn't appear to be alot of sugar in that one. Here's a link; http://www.citrucel.com/citrucel_choices.aspx

Good luck,

Laura

I love my benefiber, no sugar, no taste, no gooey mess. Blends into water (invisible) or sprinkle on food. I've been buying it in the grocery store but just spotted a large jar at Costco so will get it there next.

I really enjoy the Phad Thai from them. I will generally add a spoonful or two of organic peanut butter to give it a little less of a tangy taste and it makes it a little creamier. Howver, I know some people aren't great with peanut butter.

Thx so much Laura and Heather!! Citracel tablets are apparently sugar and "sweetner" free, but Heather you expressed that tablets don't work as well? Would you advise me swithching to them only, instead. Should I slowly transiton over from powder to tablets? Or, If I try benefiber how slowly should I transition into that? Do most who did well with Citracel do as well with Benefiber? Thx for any and all response!
