Hi, Just wondering if anyone had tried these (or a different brand). I dont know if it is coincidence but I have been less bloated in the past 48hrs since I started taking one of these directly before each meal.

These can really work! I've used Mintrol peppermint capsules with great results too. Anything peppermint really helps me tremendously.

Mintec is the brand name and I believe there are others. In Aust. they are available in the pharmacies and some supermarkets.

Can anyone tell me what peppermint capsules are supposed to help with? A friend of mine takes them but is mostly C, i am mostly D so will they still help me? Kathryn
