Fennel tea usually does the trick for me. I've had so much bloating recently, I had to buy fennel by the pount. And, it 's much cheaper. Try it. Use a tea infuser. Good luck. YUCK!! But, I can drink fennel tea. It does have a faint flavor of it, but it's really not that bad. At least for me it's not! I do remember someone recently posting about capsules/pills. You may want to check that out. As for the ginger--I LOVE ginger, so I can't help you there. Sorry Good Luck!
