Is this safe to eat? We have some in our freezer and I know it is suppose to be low fat. I think I read some where it wasn't safe for people with IBS to eat. Just wondering if that is true and if so, why?

It is red meat, which tends to be the most universal trigger. It's not just the fat content but the animal proteins as well, which are really hard to digest. Fish, skinless chicken breasts, or vegetable proteins are much, much easier on the GI tract.
