Hi guys/gals,
I was wondering what multivitamin any of you have had luck with..cause I'm in need of some vitamins. Before IBS diagnosis one dr. had me drinking Ensure, but obviously that didn't react well with me. Thanks much! Hope you are doing well!

each day I take a centrum, a vit E, vit C and fish oil...no probs...I am ibs c!
