Hello from the Leonard family. It's been a year since we found Heather's diet and the change has been dramatic. My hubby had ibs attacks almost daily and now he gets one about once every 3 months. And its just a agrivated tummy and a few cramps. It used to be many hours in the bathroom with severe pain etc. He also has his life back. He even takes our son to the store. He rarely ever did this before the diet. So I just wanted to encourage anyone who is new to this. Life will get better, you will feel great and you can go to the places you want to go.

Thanks Heather and Will. Life will never be the same it just gets better and better.
