They used to have some good shows that had great low fat and/or vegetarian cooking. But I swear over the last few years it has become all high fat, all meat, all the time. I've stopped watching it too, and it used to be one of my favorites.

Yep, they're always dumping in heavy cream and all sorts of cheeses. I agree, it's frustrating! I love cooking but I hardly ever watch anymore either.

Well, I confess I have a little addiction (and a little lover affair) going with Emeril. He cracks me up. Sorry, but I never miss him. Yeah, I know he cooks with a lot of bad stuff, but I just ignore it. Sometimes, when he passes a plate to one of the audience participants to taste, I get shivers, wondering how the heck they can eat that stuff -- but it passes when I look at that cute little twinkle in Emeril's eyes.

Okay, I'll calm myself.

I don't blame you, Bev, Emeril's a funny guy! I admit it, I still watch Rachael Ray sometimes, too... she's such a cutie!

Try watching Rachel Ray's 30 min meals.... she always makes suggestions of how you can make whatever she is making with chicken or turkey. And she does a lot of seafood too. I really like her. She has a book I would like to get too called Veggie Meals.

I'm with you lady. You gotta love someone that entertaining who cooks for you!!! (That ranks right up there with the UPS man that brings you things!)

Sometimes there is just nothing else on and he makes you smile, even if you CAN'T eat his food.

A while back he did a creme of carrot soup. I about fell over since it seemed IBS friendly!!!

Hmmm, wonder what he could do with a can of worms?

Rachel Ray Rocks! I love 30 Minute Meals! And a lot of times she does suggest ways to make it vegetarian.
