Are there any specialists located in the Washington/DC metro area that you can recommend who specialize in Hypnotherapy? I have really struggled the last month or so. For some reason I was doing really well with your diet,I have been going to the gym three times a week, but lately, it doesn't matter what I eat or don't eat, I still am having really bad episodes of IBS-D, along with bloating, gas and constipation. I'm not for sure if it's related to stress or something else, but everything I read about hypnotherapy seems positive, so I thought I would give it a try, because at this point I am desperate. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hi - I don't know of any, but post this question on the hypnotherapy board. Shawn might well have some ideas for you. The one site I know that lists hypnotherapists for IBS just has UK docs posted right now - I think they're updating their site, though. The site is web page
