I just saw a list that said chamomile tea is in the "high" fodmap list?

Hi - there doesn't seem to be a lot of reliability in the FODMAP measures for brewed teas. I'm not sure why, but I've seen this with a number of herbal teas. Even Google right now shows conflict with chamomile and FODMAP results https://www.google.com/search?q=chamomile+tea+fodmap&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b-1
Have you worked with a dietitian to establish your own personal (if any) FODMAPS sensitivities? You do NOT want to just eliminate all FODMAPS - that's not how that diet works, and it could have some serious downsides as that would not be a sustainable exclusion diet.
So - have you determined that oligosaccharides are a type of FODMAP you have trouble with? It looks like that is the only one in play with chamomile. If you're not sensitive, then no worries.
If you are sensitive, you might try chamomile in a small quantity and see how you do - especially considering that it doesn't really look like there is non-conflicting info about how much of an issue - if at all - FODMAPS are for this herbal tea.

The FODMAP content of Chamomile and Fennel tea have been measured and the results are give in the Monash FODMAP phone app and there is more info on Kate Scarlata's web site too
"With the total FODMAP cut off per meal being 0.5 gram, Chamomile tea hit the o.8 g mark in one serving of tea and Fennel had a bit more!"
