I don't know if anyone has heard of these but the ingredients are
Dates, Bananas, oats, raisins, Walnuts, fruit extract (apple, carob).
Do you think they'd be safe? Or is it a bad idea. It says 20% oats so I wondered if this would make it a safe option but there's obviously fruits in there that might be an issue so I wasn't sure.

Does it give a fat content, and a fiber breakdown between soluble vs insoluble fibers?

Hi- what are calories per serving vs fat calories per serving? It's the ratio that can really matter. 2g is only 18 fat calories, so likely the overall fat content per bar is a pretty low percentage.

The fiber is fairly low but does it break out soluble/insoluble? You may also be able to just get a feel from the bar itself - does it have seedy/stringy/hull-y bits and pieces in it? That would be insoluble fiber. Soluble fiber won't be visible - the bar could be full of it and the texture would just be smooth and consistent and smush.

XOXO
