My 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter has a hard time going potty. Her Dr. said to give her Miralax when she has these bad times where she obviously needs to go but can't. The Miralax works eventually but I was wondering if a 2 1/2 yr. old can safely take acacia powder and if it would work for her to get her going on a more regular basis. And if she can take it would she start at the normal starting dose of 1/2 tsp and gradually work up like adults do? And would/could she take it everyday forever? Thanks for any answers.
