Still suffering from some IBS (varying symptoms, depending on I-dont-know-what), but was also diagnosed with Functional Dyspepsia (aka we don't know what's wrong) when I had mild stomach tenderness for a few months (upper endoscopy). I had been afraid that the peppermint might be causing heartburn which was causing ulcers, but the doc says no sign of ulcers - but I'd already gone off Heather's peppermint with no noticeable increase in symptoms. (My symptoms come and go and were BETTER on the peppermint, but not gone.)
Doc is actually recommending (since I'm avoiding PPIs and would prefer to avoid H2 blockers) FDGard, by the people who make IBGard. I bought Heather's over IBgard because of this forum, and her price being SO much better. So, now that I'm being pointed back to this FDGard company (who provides little to no customer service) -- I"m wondering if there are any other providers of CARAWAY+PEPPERMINT capsules. ??

Hi - I'd do a general google search for that oil combination. I know I've seen this combo somewhere over the years, but can't remember the details.
You could also check a big health food store - whatever I remember seeing years ago was a health food, not drug store, brand.
