Hi there, I am back again ..
I still skip dairy and that is a big trigger for me so things are most of the time going well.

But still I have my problem days/weeks. Especially when I am too busy and tired. So I want to go back on track again.

My question: In the book (EFI) it says: no red meat or poultry (white meat of poultry is okay). So I suppose meat is a no go. Chicken/turkey (white meat) and fish is allowed.
Is that correct or do I miss something? Is fresh tuna okay? (Because of the red colour)

Thanks for any replies.

Saskia

Hi - you are right on target. Any skinless white meat poultry is fine (no skin, no dark meat), any kind of seafood is fine (tuna included).

Basically, think of anything with four legs as red meat, and a likely huge trigger.

Thanks for your reply Heather.

I also am surching for change in lunch at work. Now I take with me just brown bread. I understand I can not have a lot brown bread. (I notice it everytime I come back from a short holiday, first couple of days I have problems again).
I can't heat food so I suppose I'll change that into salads or the breads in the book.

Looking forward to find it out again.. What is it in a human, that they keep on being so stubborn.
In my case it is just that it is so easy to stick with the old pattern again. Time to make the change and make that my 'old way'.
