Questions about Constipation and Pain

I have a fatty liver and my right side at the top of the ribs hurts almost all the time. I have had every test possible and nothing is found. I have lots of pain from constipation and it is hard to pass and can last up to four days of just passing little lumps. During that time, I also start leaking which is really embarrassing. On top of that, after I push out the hard part, then diarrhea gets so bad, I have accidents. I have pain up by my ribs and the lower part of my stomach. It hurts extremely bad in the lower abs, in the middle. I have never been constipated before, I had diarrhea before and I learned to cope with that, but this constipation is bad and it overwhelms me. Any suggestions?

Just wondering if you take any fiber? I found Heather's tummy fiber has helped with the constipation. Slowly increase into larger doses as the bag states. I found it causes more gas than I am used to, but it has helped with the constipation and diarrhea. I'd rather have gas than consitation, urgency, and diarrhea, so it's a give/take.
